I finally got the box posted off (to Michael Edwards) yesterday. I think it weighed 1.6kg. It couldn't therefore go 2nd class, so I sent it as a parcel. Postage was £3.50-ish. I put the technic in as noted by e-mail as well at the other stuff I (...) (26 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Don't know if anyone else is interested, but here goes anyway. Toys R Us opened at 9 am in Norwich this morning. I was 5th in a queue of 14, managed to find the Lego quite quickly, and marvelled at it all- unless I'm missing something it's the most (...) (26 years ago, 16-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
