As promised a session with the dog and bone yeilded the following information.
As supposed Grace Brothers knows more than the front office at L.A. The show
is on the 14th to the 30th on lvl 5 (Books, toys & music). The person there
does not know what's in the show but that it might take up 'lots of space'.
This is encouraging.
I couldn't find any reference to the contents of the show in the
loc.au.wa.perth list other than a comment by JW that it's great to see what
LEGO can do with (virtually) unlimited quantities of brown and tan?
Lego Australia has a pleasant but vague assistant manning the front desk /
phones who was unable to give me any solid info. I come away with this
fragment. 7-26th Vikings Bankstown. I couldn't get where in Bankstown, sigh.
I did leave a message for Kelly (in marketing) giving my ph# and address (for
written stuff) asking for info, we'll see what happens.
For Santosh (c/o.Peter W.) I rang both Cooma and Horsham but all they have is
points, transformers and a lighting set of two.
For Richard I left a message on your mobile regarding something else I turned
up. But by the time you read this we'll probably have talked.
I think that's everything, I'd better do some work.
Thanks for yesterday everyone, it was heaps good fun.
James (who thinks the battle droid looks just a cool this morning!)

No printing on Anakin's podracer doors and Obi-Wan's face was missing!!!) yeilded a bit more information. Confirmed the GB's (...) (25 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)
