  Re: AATs and Chocolate Starship

(...) Richard, I'll leave my AAT assembled as is, so you can point out your mods to the non-Star-Wars specialists as myself. (...) I think it will make a good after-dinner-mint dispenser, a bit more brown, (it has quite a bit) and it could be called (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Hi all, Just a quick note in praise of the new AAT. Having given it the once over quite a few times, I'm actually quite pleased with it now. And because the power converter units (sand coloured star wars engines) are entirely too big, when you (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: Half inching Baktoid *production* models (Re: Half inching Baktoid prototypes)

(...) In an ecologically sound Lego moment I only took one of each. I left 3 AAT's at $43+ AUD and an MTT at $110+ AUD ;^) pete.w (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) Wasn't me... I haven't bought any new lego for ages (Penrith I think.) Mind you BigW Macq. is generally shocking, Everything comes from Warwick Qld. James (who promised not to buy any more lego until June, 9 days to go...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

You guessed it - my AAT turned up this morning ;-) Like the Y wing before it, its not a good model, but all the pieces are there for a good model, so look out.   RE: BIG W sale[was RE: 2000.3 What are you bringing?]

G'day, Thanks for the sets you've been able to find. With the prices, they'd just been re-arranging the store, and they had new stickers on the shelf. However, I took a 5900 to the counter and asked them to scan it, and it came up at $3.43 :( With (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: BIG W sale[was RE: 2000.3 What are you bringing?]

(...) Filled out your 5918 request. Got three 1182's, seven to go. No 5901's (bad guy on raft) at Big W. But picked up five 5901's at K-Mart for $3. Did you get them to scan the barcode. One Big W didn't have the shelf-tickets at all ! pete.w (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) Cleaned out! I was there on Saturday and there were only three 1180's (0 now!) left. The conspicuous absence of any of the Adventurers sets led me to believe that James had already cleaned these out. Should have dusted the shelves for (...)   Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) Okay well then that gives me two tasks. Firstly, to do a stocktake on what I've got in Track (both with and without conductor rails), and to then come up with some fancy layout using all the different voltages. Secondly to fix that spare 12V (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)
