1747 - A/A : Cave with secret room

That's a very optimistic use of the word "room"!

The translator was either a NESBian OR a real estate agent in a past life.

I suspect NESBian*: no real estate agent with his/her salt would have
neglected to mention the 'leafy surrounding', the 'exclusive entrance' or
the 'potential to extend'.

I prefer NESBitt.  :)  However, thanks for reminding me that I have
8 or 9 of these lying around MISB--I intend to open a few today!
Perhaps I will see what MOCs can be made...(stop laughing.  I can
  hear you laughing.)

I had a friend in primary school called Nesbitt, but he wasn't a Nesbian :^)

Careful Lindsay, you will be inhaling 1996 vintage air.

With 8 or 9, you could build a cave complex, keep an eye out for B52s.
