Yeah, but they're not willing to discuss exactly why it failed (I suppose that's reasonable), so I can't go to my issuing bank (which bank?) to discuss rectifying it. Their (Paypal's) only response is "try another card" but I only have one. And they (...) (24 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

You mean use your existing balance to pay for items. Well i'm not sure but i presumed i could. Paul if you let me know your paypal Email i will send you some money 50 cents or something, and see what happens. If that is ok? Because you are right if (...)
