Last friday I acquired a small quantity of blue train tracks. These also came with a blue battery box, 3 2x4 white bricks with a variety of train wheels attatched, and some papers. From these I've been able to re-create/sort out that there was 1 (...) (25 years ago, 4-Sep-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.general, lugnet.trains)

After my regular Friday night Lego sweep of Bris. City a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that the new Adventurers stuff was in Target. The big plane (I can't remember it's set number) was there and priced at $39. 'This is quite cheap' I thought (...) (25 years ago, 4-Sep-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Well, I didn't want to mention this for 2 reasons..one was the distance involved o get it, and second was that the box had been opened, but there was the Tie Interceptor at Toyworld in Bay city plaza, Geelong for $189. Lego fans : My girlfriend and I will be heading up to Sydney (from Melb.) for a week during the Olympics. We'll be busy watching the fencing a lot of that time, but lurking in my mind is the possibility that somewhere in Sydney is someone selling (...)
