A location like Billund, Denmark?
I hear the park there is fairly popular...

And that in no way disproves my thesis. LEGOLAND Billund is a unique property
with a long-established history. If TLG headquarters and its orginal production
facilities had not been located there there would be no LEGOLAND Billund. Heck,
if you read the histories of TLG there would have been no airport in this little
town either.
I am speaking of the development of NEW properties and 2009 is a long way away
from the 1960s in economic terms.
