It sounds like they are talking about a “Discovery Centre” in a large mall
rather than a full-blown “park”.

| (...) Nope. They are talking about a full-blown "park". People both from Merlin Entertainment and LEGO have been looking for a new LEGOLAND park in the United States. Two separate projects and cost. LEGOLAND park $200 million and LEGOLAND Discovery (...) (15 years ago, 28-Oct-09, to lugnet.legoland, FTX)
