  Bulk Brick sales at LEGOLAND

I wanted to post this a long time ago already, but wasn't able to upload the pictures ... until now. There have been a few people who've mentioned it, but bulk bricks are available to be bought at LEGOLAND California. They are being sold in front of (...)   Re: WENT to legoland (wasRe: GOING to Legoland Sat, 1/13)

Remind me NEVER to make a one day run to SoCal again! I started off late as I slept through my alarm (no great surprise, I went to bed at 1am and had the alarm set for 2am). I left at 7:15am. Driving "just a bit" too fast, I made it to LLC around (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.legoland)

WENT to legoland (wasRe: GOING to Legoland Sat, 1/13)

So how was the trip? I see you got shell sets, lol. It looks like we took advantage of the same sales at legoland (town folk, legoland truck - etc). So tell us about the trip......... (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.legoland)

  Re: Map of Legoland CA

lol, true you do have a classic now. I kinda wish I kept my older ones, its not like they take up alot of room. This one will be out of date in a few months, they are building a new Technic ride over by the Spellbreaker (between the Dragon ride and (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.legoland)

  Re: Map of Legoland CA

Thanks, Mark - I'm planning a trip there in a few weeks, and your scan is very helpful, since it's updated form my two year old copy. Yours has the height restriction info I needed. Now my copy's a classic, right?! Ed (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.legoland)

  Map of Legoland CA

I got really bored tonight, so I decided to scan the entire map of Legoland. I mean all of it, front and back. I even scanned as much as I could of the bags they have. So here it is so you can plan your trip. (URL) fun Mark (24 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.legoland, lugnet.general)

Re: GOING to Legoland Sat, 1/13 - anyone want to go with me?

Check that - NORTH of LAX, not south. You may want to look at some of the shells by legoland - just grab the white pages and use the phone, not the gas to look. If you have access to a computer use mapquest.com for the directions. And they say you (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.legoland.california, lugnet.legoland)

Re: GOING to Legoland Sat, 1/13 - anyone want to go with me?

Ya, they are still on sale - they are starting to be hard to find. There are still tons of the small $1.60 sets, and I still see the big sets around. I have not seen the all of the bigger sets in one station for a while, but you should have no (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.legoland.california, lugnet.legoland)

Re: GOING to Legoland Sat, 1/13 - anyone want to go with me?

So the 125x sets are still on sale at Shell stations down there? If so, COOL, I'll fill my car with them on the way down/up(leaving some room for bulk bricks) ;-) (...) -- | Tom Stangl, Technical Support Netscape Communications Corp | Please do not (...)   Re: GOING to Legoland Sat, 1/13 - anyone want to go with me?

Just to remind you - I am not sure if you can get the shell lego sets up there - but if not there are lots of shells from Los Angeles to San diego. Here is a driving hint for you - take the 405 and not the 5 - the 5 is a mess all the way from LA to (...)   Christmas at LLW

One of the things I really enjoy about Miniland at LLW are the alterations that the team introduce to reflect the season or notable events. We'd walked around a fair bit of the display the other week when we realised that there was more for the (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.legoland.windsor)

Re: Large LEGO store at Disneyland?

(...) May the fire die a quiet death. :o) I live out in the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area. For X-mas we treated ourselves to Primo passes for the family (4), so I guess that makes me local. I try to get out there when I can. My wife says she's (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jan-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.general, lugnet.legoland)

Re: Large LEGO store at Disneyland?

(...) I am still wondering about this, lol (...) True, that shop is empty right now - I guess people do not feel like messing around with a shopping pass at legoland. I should have known you would know about the store, lol. I take it you live close (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jan-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.general, lugnet.legoland)

Re: Large LEGO store at Disneyland?

(...) That shop at the outlet mall is mostly seasonal, and is pretty well cleaned out right now, unless you need a gross of Pharoah's Forbidden Ruins. Actually, the California Truck was a buck cheaper here than at LEGOLAND, go figure... I dunno, I (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jan-01, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.general, lugnet.legoland)

Re: Large LEGO store at Disneyland?

(...) Ahhhh, but did you know there was a lego shop in the outlet mall about 2 miles from legoland? Off the SAME exit? When you exit Cannon (the exit you take for legoland) make the first right - go past all the car dealerships to the outlet mall. (...)   Re: mini-review of Legoland

Yes - the AAA discount is great. Did you know that you could use it inside the park when you buy legos? But, if there is one sale item in your items - you loose the discount alltogether. just make 2 sets of purchases - one all sale items and the (...)
