favour specific markets.]

Unless it’s a sop to their dealers, I think its crazy that they don't offer
free shipping as standard for larger purchases. I can buy Lego from
www.argos.co.uk and get free shipping if I spend over UKP100 [$154.70][1]. I
can get a next day service for UKP2.95 [$4.56]. Instead, TLC charges me UKP9.45
[$14.61] and UKP30 [$56.41] respectively – in %age terms that is crazy!

Why can't TLC cut out the middleman and do the same? Why? Because we are daft
enough to pay them?

[1] Right now, they’ll give me a UKP10 voucher back too!

I got the same e-mail. The body of the message makes no mention of "FREE
Shipping".

Hi,

I just received an email from the UK LEGO shop at Home Team, whose subject
line was, and I quote, "New LEGO Star Wars & FREE Shipping!".

However, I haven't been able to work out quite what it refers to or what
they mean. The shipping information page still has all the usual pricing on.

Anyone any clue what's going on?

Cheers,

Phil.
