(...) OK, this has changed. Posting privileges to lugnet.lego.announce are now disabled by default. (...) Still true, but now managed by the server, in case someone forgets or ignores the charter. --Todd (25 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.admin.general)
