I'm sorry I have to mention this thing here, but after several bad and
unsuccessfull deliveries I have enough! • snip
The problem is when you order something it doesn't arrive at home until you
order with the highest priority available. Time from order to delivery is
most of the time two months! • snip
The thing is you order it either via web or phone the people on the
Shop-At-Home phone tell you that you receive the order withing maximum two
weeks.
You wait two weeks - nothing happens.
You wait another week - nothing happens.
Now you call the Shop-At-Home-Line and ask for the delivery. The look up
into the computer (sometimes) and see (what suprice) the order is three
weeks back - "You should have it already" they are telling you. Now they are
friendly and say "Ok, we resend that order".
BUT this second order only arrives when send via express delivery! If you
are lucky the costs of this original order are taken from your credit card
twice now! (Happend once for us).
I wonder where the problem is? Other on-line shops are able to deliver
within some days and the things arrive in time always. I seems to be a Lego
specific problem ... • snip
So I wonder how can I get that things? Since Lego seems to start selling via
on-line orders and since Lego does not deliver such things to dealers it
seems the time is there to quit from Lego?! Or does someone see a light?

I can only second Jonathon's comments.

I am in the UK and have ordered many things from shop@home - dozens of things! too many things!
I always get an immediate email confirmation
And they always arrive before I expect them - couple of days - and I never use express.
Never been let down once. Never had to wait.

And I thought it was Austria and Germany that had the efficient things like post offices :-)
