I'm very sorry to hear of your problems.
In the UK, I've had no trouble at all, with everything having been delivered
within a few days of order, or of being made available when I pre-order.
I always select the lowest level of delivery priority, but I believe that we
only have the top 2 priorities available to us, of the 3 that are supposed
to be available. I.e. the lowest available to the UK may be higher than the
lowest available elsewhere in Europe.

I like the way I only pay for 1 delivery, even when the delivery has to be
split due to delayed availability of some items.
To save Lego some money here, and to help keep their prices down for me, I
would also be happy for them to deliver only when everything is ready.

I've never had a problem with a US S@H order either, although I have to have
it sent to a US address.

I hope that S@H manage to sort things out for you in Austria and Germany,
because I find it a very useful service.

I'm sorry I have to mention this thing here, but after several bad and
unsuccessfull deliveries I have enough!

As most of you might know I'm a fan of Lego and it's products. I also like
what's available from the Lego Online Shop. There are many things I would
like to order but after several delivery problems I'm not sure if I ever
order something online again. Not enough also my friends are effected by
this problems, most of us are living in Austria others in Germany.

The problem is when you order something it doesn't arrive at home until • you
order with the highest priority available. Time from order to delivery is
most of the time two months!
In my case this happened one time and it was the only time I ordered
something. My wife order twice and had double trouble. This is realy bad • if
you order something for childrens birthday and it doesn't arrive in time
even if you order 6 weeks ahead!

The thing is you order it either via web or phone the people on the
Shop-At-Home phone tell you that you receive the order withing maximum two
weeks.
You wait two weeks - nothing happens.
You wait another week - nothing happens.
Now you call the Shop-At-Home-Line and ask for the delivery. The look up
into the computer (sometimes) and see (what suprice) the order is three
weeks back - "You should have it already" they are telling you. Now they • are
friendly and say "Ok, we resend that order".
BUT this second order only arrives when send via express delivery! If you
are lucky the costs of this original order are taken from your credit card
twice now! (Happend once for us).
I wonder where the problem is? Other on-line shops are able to deliver
within some days and the things arrive in time always. I seems to be a • Lego
specific problem ...

The last order we did early in December last year ... was resend ... and
didn't arrive ... no we stopped it :-(

All in all we always have troubles ordering something from the • Shop-At-Home.
At least in Austria there is no possibility to receive item's from the
on-line shop via another way. Dealer's don't order that for you (Because • of
delivery problems and the high risc there - That I was told!!!).

So I wonder how can I get that things? Since Lego seems to start selling • via
on-line orders and since Lego does not deliver such things to dealers it
seems the time is there to quit from Lego?! Or does someone see a light?

Michael
