I'm pleased to hear that you got the replacement parts.
I phoned Lego UK today, to ask for the parts pack, but nobody knew anything
about it.
I mentioned the mail from Jake, but I don't know how much contact Lego UK
has with Lego in the US.
The lady was very helpful and assured me that a black hair-piece and the
small clear windows would be sent to me.
I hope that she's pointed in the right direction, by somebody in the know.
