Christian,
You are correct in your description of LEGO Direct. We are the group that is
responsible for direct communication with the consumer. We have been in
operation just under a year and as you can probably see as of late, we are
coming into our own!
Kai, as far as your concern about sending in letters, let me try to clarify.
LEGO can not take solicitation from people wanting to sell or donate product
ideas. This is, in fact, due to legal reasons involving financial
compensation for those ideas.
However, we at LEGO and specifically, LEGO Direct, love to hear from you!
Please feel free to post to LUGNET, 1000steine.de, or one of the other LEGO
communities and as we are able, we will try to keep you in the loop.
