Re: What happened to the original list of Core Values?

(...) Ah! We were typing at the same time. Thanks, Thomas. I see on that site that the list is labeled: "10 Important LEGO Features" rather than "Core Values". ..Also interesting there is a list labeled: "10 Important Requirements for LEGO Effort (...)   What happened to the original list of Core Values?

I've been looking around online for a copy of the LEGO Company's famous list of Core Values (which they had showed off until at least.. 1999?) But I'm stumped! I don't even see it in our old rtl FAQs. Does anyone have a copy they can post here? And, (...) (19 years ago, 26-Apr-07, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.faq)

  Re: LEGO MMOG?

(...) Looks like this could really be big--might be a good idea to set up another forum just for this. Eventhough the last game I really played addictively was Munch Man on the Texas Instrument TI??? computer, I can envision all kinds of things that (...)   Re: 10183 instructions in PDF please?

(...) I'm caught with a older operating system, too. I just realized that I won't be able to run LDD and see any of the instructions. This won't prevent me from buying the hobby train set, but it will prevent me from buying any other set with LDD (...) (19 years ago, 28-Mar-07, to lugnet.lego.direct, FTX)

Re: 10183 instructions in PDF please?

(...) While LDD 2 does have a HTML export, it has a couple of drawbacks: It produces fairly low-res images The images are all from the same viewpoint (wherever you're viewing from in LDD when you export I think) The images are clipped if the (...)   Re: 10183 instructions in PDF please?

I have reported this situation to a contact within LEGO CAnada, and hopefully they can work it up the chain/get someone to quickly create PDFs, surely LDD 2.0 can be used to just generate a printable version of the instructions. Heck I'd do it (...) (19 years ago, 27-Mar-07, to lugnet.lego.direct, FTX)

Re: 10183 instructions in PDF please?

(...) I completely agree with the above statement. I can NOT run LDD on my computer due to its operating system. This problem has kept me from buying sets before and will likely again unless an alternate format for instructions is implemented for at (...) (19 years ago, 27-Mar-07, to lugnet.lego.direct, FTX)

  10183 instructions in PDF please?

As I have (URL) on my blog>, I have been unable to get LDD2 running on my PC, and (URL) I'm not alone>.   LEGO MMOG?

I found this from a gaming comic I visit, I'm amazed this hasn't been posted elsewhere yet.   The LEGO Company vs The LEGO Group

I noticed today in a bulk emailing from LEGOLAND California this item at the bottom of the message: ®2007 The LEGO Group. A Merlin Entertainments Group Company. When I was a kid I dreamed of when I would grow up and my allowance would allow me to buy any lego set I wanted. $500???. Well, now I am grown up and my allowance still isn't big enough (At least according to my wife). (19 years ago, 25-Feb-07, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

Re: 3039 (Slope 45 degree 2x2) molds are wearing out

(...) Sadly, it's not that the molds are wearing out, I'm pretty sure it's that the molds are smooth. This has been noted also on the 2x2x3 slopes as well, and probably other slopes too. I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind it, other than to (...) (19 years ago, 24-Feb-07, to lugnet.lego, FTX)
