Kerry, Many thanks for that, in the end they contacted me. I will be providing some feedback to Lego, via a letter, detailing what I tried, to ensure they are aware of the "challenges" I exerienced, and have an opportunity to improve the process. (...) I also had issues running the program as well (yet I run tons of graphic intensive programs without issues). Small problem for me.... The display for the pieces available, were not what I saw displayed in screen shots by others that were not having (...) (21 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.lego)
