Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

(...) I could not get it to work for me. I downloaded my set list (twice) and then punched up a several sets that I own. All results came back with nasty Red text telling me I need all the parts to build those sets. What did I do wrong?? __Kevin (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

(...) When you say you downloaded your set list, what do you mean? If you just entered your lugnet id, it takes a bit until the server goes to download your set list. If you go to (URL) you see your sets? LMK! Dan (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

(...) I've added a button at the bottom of the set list view ((URL) that allows you to initiate a download manually from LUGNET. This will allow you to have changes to your set list reflected on Peeron without having to wait for the scheduled (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

I just tried it. I saw my set list (on Peeron, not Lugnet) and picked one of the sets I owned (8860). I then used "Try to build" and although it got most of the parts, There were several that were yellow and a few red. I do think it's a great tool. (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

(...) Quite possible - it ignores the copies of the set you're trying to build. Since if you own an ISD (10030), and try to build one from your parts, it's already known you have the parts for it. So Peeron is checking if you have the parts to build (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

(...) Well, mine came back OK with the exception of the replacement part quantities. Mine were all off by a factor of three for the Gungan Sub and by a factor of two for the Fire Patrol Copter (each of which I own). If there was one needed to build, (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

(...) I did NOT the last time I tested it. NOW I do and the whole function works like a charm. How do I get back to the page with my list of sets?? ____ (21 years ago, 7-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

(...) I am afraid not. But I can easily follow your wish (but you should remember also to account for those you have lost, sold, etc.). (...) I try not to, but I would like a feature in Lugnet and/or Peeron that allows me to correct my piece (...) (21 years ago, 7-May-03, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Build sets from "My Parts"

An extra feature that adds and subtracts individual pieces from a Peeron-member's database would be extremely useful. I'm sure all of us have either bought, sold, or simply lost a variety of pieces. One major question is where to store the (...) (21 years ago, 10-May-03, to lugnet.inv)
