Yup I recieved the e-mail below as well. As I posted the original
statement I now retract it. I was going off of what was written by
another in a differnt news group. When I read the Terms of Service it
seemed to support this so I accepted the conclusion. Now I have proof
that this is not the case, so I will keep my section on geocites. I
appologize to anyone whom this might have affected. I did feel that it
was worth pointing out though, as it could have eaisily been correct.
