$350 !! wow.
I now truly regret I didn't buy this model back in 78. I believe it only costed
about $20 back then, when I started collecting LEGO models (I play with LEGO
since 1972, that makes 32 years in total - I never encountered dark ages...).

Here is how the Insurance Price List portion of my book will look like (pending suggestions by AFOLs): The examples I will use are #396 Thatcher Perkins Model Set (1976-77), the Yellow Castle (...) (20 years ago, 24-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)
