  Re: Using proper glue

(...) Do you know what the K'nex parts are made of? Without knowing that, there's no way of knowing if a bond would be possible. Of course, 3M has recently come out with a few really interesting adhesives, one of which seems to bond _securely_ to a (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  Using proper glue

Could someone please help a desperate guy? I would like to glue together Lego & K'nex parts. Is there a glue in Canada, which bonds to both of them? I have tryed CA glue, epoxy, model builder's cement, but none of them holds. Thanks in advance (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Need Web Page

Last I checked, Brinkster.com had a free 50 meg account. And they support ASP and ASP .NET. (which I personally prefer to the JSP, PSP, Cold Fusion, and CGI alternatives). I pay $15/mo. for my "Premium" account - but several friends have free (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Status of Bricks Magazine?

(...) Hi Bruce, I read FBTB quite regularly, so I had seen that thread, but thanks for pointing it out again. I was hoping that by posting here I might be able to get something more official than the rumors that were posted over there. -Joel (22 years ago, 27-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  LEGO(tm) Lumber Units

I am currently buliding a large building and need to span long distances (i.e., 24+ studs) I was using a post-and-beam method with 1x8 bricks and stacks of 2x2 bricks. I found that this was very fragile. I then moved to using very long beams (24+ (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

Re: The Two Towers : New poster at www.rotule.qc.ca

Hey Terry, I liked this poster. I'm a little bummed that I never got around to doing that one myself. I'll have to be a little quicker on RotK when I find an official movie poster for that. My only complaint was that I would have made the tower on (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)
