Re: Temporary help wanted (was Re: CLSotW help wanted)

(...) Considering my own credentials prior to writing the CLSotW Reviews you're over qualified :) I don't mind at all, it should be up to Todd since CLSotW is really his thing. But I don't think he'll mind either as long as the reviews keep comming! (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jun-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

PDA or phone # for lego set prices

Sone time ago, perhaps 1 - 2years ago someone posted a phone number (1-800) and I think a website where people with PDAs or a cellphone could call and use an automated system to get the retail price for lego sets. Does anyone know what I am talking (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

Re: Temporary help wanted (was Re: CLSotW help wanted)

(...) Hey, if you don't mind, I'd be more than happy to contribute to the cause. As I've been writing reviews for the castle sidebar for the past thirteen weeks, I believe that should provide the necessary credentials for taking up the task, as (...)   Temporary help wanted (was Re: CLSotW help wanted)

Hi all! Due to little spare time during June I'd appriciate if someone could write the reviews for CLSotW during this time. I should be on top of things again by July so it's only temporary and about four reviews (two backloged and maybee two more). (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: New Lego Painting

(...) I've got an online portfolio up at (URL) from back before I got hired (the work I've done since then is all secret Lego stuff that can't be shown). But I got picked up for my illustration skills, so I don't know how well it'll relate to what (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: New Lego Painting

(...) Unfortunately there's no published manual ("yet") - although if I do take BrikWars to a publishing house I'm betting this picture will add a hell of a punch to the pitch presentation. Speaking of publishing, I've heard about at least a couple (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Bricklink Newbie Needs Help!

(...) For 1 and 5. The most you can do is read the reviews left by other buyers. Generally speaking, the more reliable the seller, the more likely he is to have positive reviews within the last 6 months. Personally, I pay careful attention to the (...)   Bricklink Newbie Needs Help!

I am new to the buying and selling of Lego parts online, so I have few questions. But, I would prefer that you answer me via e-mail, and not by replying to this message on Lugnet.   Orient Expedition and Designer Sets in CA

Hi all, While waiting to be seated at dinner tonight, my girlfriend and I wandered through a toy store neighboring the restaurant and what did I see? They had the new Orient sets available (though no Dragon Fortress). They did have the other three, (...)   Re: The Matrix Reloaded

(...) I don't believe so. The Animatrix mecha seemed like they were much smaller (about 10' tall at most), and the Reloaded mecha had long bars attached to the arms that looked like cannons of some sort, but in 2R.2 they had fat little gatling gun (...)   Re: The Matrix Reloaded

i don't know if you've seen the "animatrix" DvD, but i'm thinking that perhaps the mechs you see in the film "Reloaded" are stripped down versions of the mechs you see in the "Second Renaissance: Part II" on the "animatrix" DvD. it looks like the (...)   New Threads on Lugnet
