White dome existed in TIE Fighter & Y-wing set

Sorry about that but I misread your first post as "1x4 plate with pins at
both sides", so I said it existed (exist in a very large variation of sets,
i mean tiny pegs by the way). I don't think so its brick version is ever
existed. You can mock-up it from regularly available parts like 2 of 1x1
technic beams, a 1x2 regular brick and 2 of technic black friction pegs.
