     Also, keep in mind that the fact that this set appears in the in-box Technic catalog, and not the in-box Lego Direct Technic catalog, suggests that it will be available through retail outlets (though probably not Target, K-Mart, WalMart, etc.; (...)       The cockpit of the 8450 Cybermaster add-on airplane model uses what looks a a small variety of bent or flexible crossaxles. Are those the flexible Znap axles, or something entirely new? (URL) (26 years ago, 17-May-99, to lugnet.general)

    (...) I got a second backorder letter last week; the wording sounds as though there is further delay (because it is worded very similar to the first one), but the date is still 6/29. Maybe there are staggered shipments after all (I placed only the (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)
