I just got a letter saying that it is backorderd (I knew that) and
expected out June 29. I called to see if that was just a generic
form letter and didn't really apply to those first 200 orders...
They thought I was insane ("I don't know who would have told you
this"), as they had no computer record and thus no knowledge of
any end-of-May early shipment (as opposed to the 3 separate occasions
when I enquired about this before, where the early shipment was mentioned
moments after I said the set number).
Earlier today, they were unreachable as, according to the recording,
the whole sales staff was attending some seminar in order to
improve customer service. Hm.
