Hi Sean,
How are you?
Yes it happens to me with the first chrome broadsword and the first crown I
had, since I loved them to much, I didn't leave them for a minute.
Since then all the chrome parts I have are hardly touched, not with sweaty
or wet hands, they don't come near water and so on...
It happens not only with LEGO chrome parts but with every other toy that use
chrome parts.
