Thanks for the clarification -- Trademark was probably what I was thinking.
My guess is that as long as I don't mass-produce it, I'm probably ok. If I
make it available to others, it will be on an "ask me" basis, so I can say I
did it for my friends. But if I make it available for anyone to download
and use, they'd probably get a bit miffed about that... Even though I have
a free lawyer (my Mom, even though she's retired), I'd rather not go there.
