I recognized what this was almost immediately after I hit SEND on the first
message, and avowed to recognize it properly with this latest update.
Which, having occurred on the first of the month meaning that I've again
gone 31 days without sleep, I promptly forgot to do. Much to my chagrin and
gradually-mounting cynicism, I also blew off the many reminders I gave
myself not to forget -- only to remember fully the extent of my mistake
after I hit SEND the second time around. In the prosaic words of nucular
engineer, reluctant philanthropist, and occasionally responsible Moe's
Tavern drinking buddy Homer J. Simpson: "...D'oh!"
So here's the correction: This scene is James Brown's Town-themed rendition
of the James Jessiman Memorial Park. In addition to some brilliant
minifig-scale town accessories visible in this picture (they may be subtle
but they still impressed me :-), this scene in all its humanity is a
touching reminder of a giant who is missing among us. Good work, James. To
both of ya.
Cheers,
