These hats fit all the criteria except price, at least at the one-off
level. They are pretty good quality hats, with cloth sizing adjusters
and the design is embroidered in. The booth attendent used a DOS based
program to set up the embroidery machine so you have pretty fine control
over what you get (but the rendering to let you see what it will be was
relatively poor)
You may be able to find one locally, they're called ZAP. next time I am
at MoA I will get their location list and post.
I am pursueing the lead Mike Walsh gave to his sister as well.
