I've heard him referred to as a LEGOLAND Guard. Last time I was at LLC I picked
up 4 of these to use for future keychains, cause they tend to wear out over
time. One of my favorite minifigs ever - I wish they produced the hat in a
non-keychain version so there wouldn't be a hole in the top if you decided to
make him into a fig (which I have).
