(...) People should bear in mind that there are blue & red versions of this color as well. i.e. muted blue, muted red. Whatever name you chose you might want to apply it to these other colors as well. I do have the parts btw, but I will let others (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

        Re: It's here! —Gary Istok
(...) The word "green" should be in the name, I guess Antique Green would be good. (I think I might have been the one that started the thread on "Verdigris".) If people want Verdigris, then I want dark pink to be "Magenta". And that opens up (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) I agree with that. But.... I wonder what TLG is calling it? (aside from 'new' green) If we decide on a name & then they call it something else... (I know I said I would let others decide, but suddenly I have nothing else to do at work). (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: It's here! —Suzanne D. Rich
I can't remember what TLC calls gray-green but I remember I didn't like it. It was sorta Martha Stewart-ish. not descriptive. Might be helpful to look at my chart from last May: (URL) to be updated. but as you can see, (since about 4 years ago) all (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) Didn't work that way for Tan... (and I'm still sticking with Teal for the torquoise green) As long as we're at it - I've been puzzling over the current Belville Blue - which looks like Blue-Purple. There seems to be 3 apporaches to color (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

        Re: It's here! —Steve Bliss
(...) 47 would be an unfortunate choice -- color code 47 in LDraw is Clear. :) Has anyone compiled a list of TLC color numbers? I know they use the color number as part of the part ID, but I've never caught the actual values. Steve (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

        Re: It's here! —Steve Bliss
Oops. Forgot to reply to a point I meant to reply to... (...) Teal and Turquiose are two different colors. Teal appeared in Cyberslam/Competition and Rock Raiders. Turquiose has appeared in ... the Mindstorms Droid Developer Kit (R2D2). I'm sure (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

Teal/Turquiose (was Re: It's here!) —Julie Krenz
(...) The teal/turquiose issue confused me while entering parts on my brickbay shop. I thought the pieces found in cyberslam were teal, yet while searcing brickbay, everybody has them listed under turquiose. (OK, not everybody, there is one piece (...)
