| | | According to an article in ID magazine, March/April 2000, Lego posted its first loss since the companies founding in the 1930s. All of the new subthemes have too short a shelf life and try to throw too much in a single set ( who among us can afford ALL of the larger sets?) which seems to destroy the idea of LEGO building. | | | | Jake, I agree with you completely. As long as the parts are great (and in great colors), I can build my own creations at will. But it does seem that AFOLs are in two camps.
