Really?  Cool.  Rob, could you try to describe the piece a little?
And  which set(s) they come in?
So far, I have not seen any Throwbots, and this news has piqued my
curiousity.  This could be really useful.

(...) Now that I've spent the last couple days exploring plane rotation, I realize that these pieces are not really any different for plane changing that 1x8 Technic bricks, where you could insert 1x(x-1) bricks on each side, with studs facing each (...) (26 years ago, 6-Jan-99, to lugnet.general)

Hey to all. I just bought my first throwbots sets. I don't know if I will buy more, or not. Most likely not, unless I find that some of the pieces are especially useful. But... One thing I noticed is that some of the pieces allow connection of studs (...) (26 years ago, 4-Jan-99, to lugnet.general)
