Which brings up a nagging question:  anyone found a bulk source for soccer
balls?  Preferably genuine Lego,  but most of them would be for dioramas,
where "close enough" would do.

Right now, probably the cheapest way is to get one of the soccer practice sets
at about $5.99 USD. Each set comes with two balls, IIRC.

(...) Or you can go to the LEGO soccer truck when it comes to town. They had a whole area outside the trailer with about a dozen tables of 3409's set up for play. Because kids kept losing the balls they had a plastic bag (about the diameter of a (...) (24 years ago, 30-Jun-00, to lugnet.general)
