(...) Clarification please? would you count the 2x4 brick as the same? I wouldn't. Adding tubes is enough of a radical difference to not be the "same". Ditto for the 2x8 plate, changing from that squarish pattern to the current short tube and pin (...) (25 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Gloria and Mark, you are correct-omundo!!!! Yes the 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 2x8 and 2x10 bricks have tubes underneath now (since '58). Th 2x8, 4x8, and 6x8 plates now have round (instead of square) undersides. The 1x2, 1x6 and 1x8 bricks now have posts (...) (25 years ago, 31-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)
