Actually, I had numerous questions about the DCC setup, but I saw in a post that some information was going to be posted about it, so I held my questions until it was posted, but here goes: How much labor (time) is required to convert a Lego Train (...) Hi Mike, (...) We had five trains and six(maybe seven) moters running on the layout without any significant problems. Our DCC system could only support five addresses. (...) I had the best luck controlling two trains on one loop when I left one at a fixed speed and controlled the other as needed (course, helps if u pay attention :-) (...) I use some made by Carrs in the UK, and have no problems with it...the flux is hydrofloric acid though...so (...) (...) ...Lol! yes, u got there just before another problem with DCC happened. The shunter was driving a small cargo train and rear ended a stationary train rite on a curve. The shunter and a number of cars took a tumble and the shunter ended up in a (...) (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.org.us, lugnet.org.us.wamalug, lugnet.trains)
