Sure does. Last night I was reading the listing rules, and perhaps we
should declare war on all the clones on eBay. The listing rules disallow
using another brand name to score hits, so "like LEGO" or "not LEGO" are
supposedly disallowed. They also specify that the content of the
description must be related to the item being sold, which would
disqualify the animated Winnie the Pooh I saw on another item (in fact,
Disney might be interested in that one, it's a blatant misuse of their
Trademarked and Copyrighted materials).

| (...) Except these are genuine bricks with the LEGO logo on them. So the "like Lego" or "not Lego" doesn't apply. I've seen bricks like these before, they're strange beasts... They don't fit with either Lego or Duplo bricks, but they're definitely (...) (25 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)
