The lister wrote me back.  It was just a MOC by the average fan of the brick.
The listing was to test Auctionwatch.com.  They really didn't plan on selling
the item.  Although if that minimum bid is met, who could turn down the cash!?!

impressive an item in auction, but might actually fetch that much!
