I was curious, so I looked it up.
Insertion Fee: $2.00
Final Value Fee: $153.52 (based on the opening bid)
The Final Value Fee only applies if she gets a bid. Otherwise, its the
$2 listing fee. A Reserve Price AUction would have been different. If
someone bid spuriously, she can always ask for a credit to the final
value fee. So this seems to be a $2 test.
