He is serious, that is their committment.(1) However they have a 99+%
track record of beating that committment. Expect your stuff in quite a
bit less than that time.
1 - It's kind of like how NorthWest improved their on time record, they
padded the schedules. A LOT. :-) Now, 6 times out of 10, we wait on the
tarmac after we land for the gate to free up because we got there so
early... (2)
2 - yes, Emily, EVERYTHING is a travel analogy for me.
