How quick does shop@home ship?

It's been a while since I bought anything through shop@home, and thus have a
question. Last night I bought some train track for my christmas layout, which
I was planning on setting up over thanksgiving weekend. Now, the order guy
said that it'd be about 2 weeks. Is he serious? I must have my track this
weekend, or the world as we know it will end!

| (...) I guess that depends on where you live! Usually, (being in Massachusetts) they tell me it will arrive in 5 business days, but it's never taken more than 3 days to arrive. | I have almost never had a order from them take more than 3 days. For example, I last called Thursday afternoon(4pm) for one of the specials. | As other have already stated, S@H always quotes the 5-10 day figure (I think that is business days). When I mentioned to the S@H Rep the other day that I always got mine in 2-3 days, she said that it really just depended where in the country you (...) (25 years ago, 24-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)
