What set did this come in WHITE?

I have one or two of the 2441 car bases - (URL) , in white, but can't remember what sets they came from. I thought they came from 6539, but was mistaken. Does anyone know what sets they come in? I searched the Pause db under Race yesterday with no (...) (26 years ago, 11-Nov-98, to lugnet.general)

Re: What's the deal with 5571 Black Cat Big Rig?

(...) Wow, a not-so-random invocation of my name. My friend Jonas got them for me at a TRU in AZ over a year ago. Last two, I think. I traded one to a friend for a lot of Castle sets and basically dumped the other one into my parts bins. Tom's (...) (26 years ago, 11-Nov-98, to lugnet.general)

Re: What's the deal with 5571 Black Cat Big Rig?

(...) My take on 5561 is good source of parts, but not all that sturdy, the wheels keep falling off. I have 4 or 5, got them mostly for the red and white windows but couldn't resist building one. It's been built for 3 months now which is a while for (...) (26 years ago, 11-Nov-98, to lugnet.general)

What's the deal with 5571 Black Cat Big Rig?

I read on RTL a couple weeks back that S@H had discontinued this set. Larry P. indicated that he'd just bought one quite recently at that time, but noone else stepped forward to support the idea that they are still in stock. Then I got e-mail from (...)
