Dear LEGO and Vestas, LEGO #4999 (Wind Turbine) is a promo set only to be sold or given away to Vestas employees as a gift. (I am not sure). I would suggest and hope LEGO would release this set world wide through LEGO Shop&home and through LEGO (...) (16 years ago, 16-Jul-08, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, FTX) !!

Hi all, Most if not all of you have seen the leaked pictures of the set 4999 Vestas Windmill, and the intense desire of AFOLs to get this set. There are other promo sets in the past, especially airline and ferry sets, that required travel on those (...) (16 years ago, 16-Jul-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, lugnet.general) !

All, I just thought you might find this interesting: I have been monitoring the read counter for articles since its implementation last night (local time in Germany ;) ). Out of a grand total of approx. 693,000 articles in the LUGNET newsgroup tree, (...) (16 years ago, 8-Jul-08, to lugnet.general)

Just a quick update: I've taken a little time and implemented a read-counter for web access to news posts. Now for display of individual articles you will find a new header line saying "Viewed: X times" - it should show the actual views of that (...) (16 years ago, 7-Jul-08, to lugnet.general, FTX) !
