For me basic bricks, plates, and slopes are a must in real grey, dark grey, and brown. BURPS and 48x48 baseplates make excellent candidates as well. Ok, my thoughts on this: First, I forget, are we talking about a range of parts that will be available for a limited time in the old colors, or a set of parts that will be available at least for a significant amount of time? I think the large 48x48 baseplates should be available in the old grey. Other than that, I'd like to see all basic bricks, plates, slopes, and tiles made available in the NEW greys. Maybe in buckets to supplement the slow leak they've been released (...) (22 years ago, 7-May-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

While 2150 is basically the same model as 4554 in a different color, LEGO never marketed it as a re-release as 4554, did they? If not, it's not *quite* the same thing as (...) Keep the original grey colors for - the minifig torso/arms/legs colors - all the train parts (tracks, doors, windows, etc - all the basic bricks and plates (as sold in the bulk packs) - the 48x48 building plate I have not posted anything yet (...) There is no such thing as a Legend, can't be a Legend if the colors are not the same as the original. Making minor changes, due to part availability, is one thing but changing the color of the parts is something completely different. I shudder to (...)
