Re: Different mold on 1x6, 1x8

(...) Snip I believe that the one on the left is a newer mold (entailing a slight saving in material used) and the one on the right matches my bricks dating back to the mid '70s, so it's at least that old. I don't know when they introduced the new (...) (22 years ago, 6-Apr-04, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.general)

Re: Question about set 4667 for anyone who owns one

(...) I bought one and did an inventory on Peeron :) Yes, there is a dk stone grey chassis plus the lt stone grey sign base. Now that I have the new colors (especially the new dk grey), I dont change my opinion that they are crap. (22 years ago, 6-Apr-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.general)

  Re: Dear LEGO...

Re: Question about set 4667 for anyone who owns one

(...) The picture from Amazon.com looks as if it has a dark grey chassis, but I'd bet that those would be the only 2 parts. Peeron & BL don't have inventories yet...:-( Josh (22 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.town, lugnet.general)

Re: whats up with the rollout of the Lego Stores?

Introduce yourself to the store manager, and ask if they wouldn't mind putting you in touch with other local AFOLs who come and buy. I imagine you aren't (...)   Lego Quality

Hey, I purchased the 8460 Railway Express almost a year ago and when I opened the box I noticed that one of the track pieces was broken in two places. 1.
