Has anyone else noticed this? It seems newer 1x6 & 1x8 bricks have a different mold. See this comparison: (URL) older brick on the left has holes in the bottom studs, but more importantly, the flanges on studs 2 & 4 don't go all the way to the (...) (22 years ago, 3-Apr-04, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.general)

I just bought this set, and like all Jack Stones, the model is worth nothing, but there are a few interesting parts: 2 sizes of dozer-shovels, and a new windshield/cabin. (...)
