Once problem with urls is that the content at the destination can change
once the link has been moderated. We will have to take a careful look at
that.
|
Of course thats the same for a text file. You shouldnt get too worried
about links though, especially since there is (currently) no way to make
them clickable. The viewer has to cut and past the URL in, which ought to
make it pretty clear to the viewer that they are leaving BrickShelf, and
thus you cant be responsible for the content.
|
Or they could be made clickable, but link to a page that has a warning on it,
something like You have clicked a link that takes you away from Brickshelf, so
we are not responsible for any content found there.
Other things that would be nice to add to the list would be:
- Ability to view on an 800x600 dispaly without scrolling.
- Ability to add captions to images.
- Deleting images should not require re-moderation.
- Ability to skin the pages within Brickshelf.com, similar to what Bram has
- Make the code open source, so I can submit
--Bill.
