(...) Just a quick note from another SF reader, the Hammers Slammers series of books, in particular, "Cross the Stars" also has 2 FTL systems in it. After seeing a note here on Lugnet and some pictures of a few bendt 1x16 Technic bricks from a ISD, I decided to take apart my Imperial Star Destroyer (LEGO #10030) too, before any bricks was getting bendt. But I was a little too late. I now have 8 (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Lego made this black slope brick pack about 4 years ago, that's why people have large numbers of them. However the "half pyramid" and "gable connector" are rarer. Let's hope they do another steep roof brick pack soon. -Erik (22 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Hi all, I've seen various models on Brickshelf which have nice roofs - one main roof with a perpendicular roof jutting out, joining neatly. I believe the correct term is "cross gable roof", but I'm not sure that's right. One such example is on this (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)
