  Re: Mystery pieces?

(...) This one I believe is from the soccer field sets (the newer ones not the first generation ones). They're used as a hinge/turntable for the goalkeepers. (URL) it helps. Richard. (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: A wine rack I made today

(...) There are TECHNIC pins, but the short little stud pin is the only one with a non-split end. Aside from that, there are the flex-system tubes and lightsaber blades, which are small enough to go through a hollow stud. The two combined might work (...)   Re: A wine rack I made today

Hmm, another thought for the latice... Are there any tubes the diameter of a stud? If so, you could use a latice fence with tubes stucking through. I think that might get the idea across pretty well. Frank (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.town)

Re: A wine rack I made today

(...) Thanks much Lar, glad you liked it! I actually tried several different types of lattice (Thanks BTW, couldn't think of that word yesterday!), but this is what worked best. I tried using 1xX plates in the same direction of the bricks (just no (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Wing 8 x 4 left or right, old vs new

(...) Ahh yes that picture is *much* more clear than mine... Now the only problem is, I don't think most sellers make the distinction between the two types of wing pieces... It's not a problem in most cases, since I don't encounter very many (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Mystery pieces?

(...) Hi Dave, Can't help on the first two but the third piece is a vintage steering column. The one I used to have was in a 6-wide lorry. The column fed through a hole in the plate making the cab floor and out through a similar hole in the roof. It (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Mystery pieces?

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me identify the names of these pieces: (URL) Part 1 (2x4 base) (URL) Part 2 (4x4 base) (URL)...(URL) Part 3 (2x4 brick with transparent underside and 8L axle with holes in sides) I'm trying to stick 'em in my (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Wing 8 x 4 left or right, old vs new

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been noted before, but tonight I discovered something about the Wing 8 x 4 piece. I was stacking some of them together, only to discover that SOME will fit directly together, whereas others don't! I looked closely at the (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: A wine rack I made today

(...) Hey that is a REALLY neat idea. Too bad my secret 3CS building is already packed for its trip to Portland or I'd be stealing that idea as we speak. But if I stole it, I'd probably do it differently. Instead of using bricks stud on, I think I'd (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.town, FTX)

A wine rack I made today

As I continue to plan how I will build my next castle, as my parts are currently used in other things, I began to think of the Castle's Keep. Now, every castle has got to have a place to eat, and of course my next castle being a royal castle, my (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.town, FTX) !

  Re: Better Pictures...

D'OH. I should have recognized these, I've got about a dozen of them with my click-hinge parts in which they're often socketed. I was thinking of these: (URL) known better since I have one of 'em. Dave "Tobbe Arnesson" <StPnAtM@lotek.nu> wrote in (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.general)
