  Re: Legality query...

(...) Does that mean people would need to ask your permission to use it at Gencon then??? That's sort of the way that reads to me. (22 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: Legality query...

(...) I'm no lawyer, but if it were me I'd just say, "no revenue may be generated by the use or distribution of these rules, except in special circumstances with the express written consent of the author." - Mike. (22 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.gaming)

  Legality query...

I have a question for the folks who are more aware of legalities and such than I... Currently, the Brick Battles rules have the following disclaimer: ----- Lego® is a registered trademark of the Lego® Group. This document is a Just This Side of (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jun-03, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: Hendo...

(...) Indeed I will! That actually has been on my to-do list (which has been growing). I am going to have to devote more time to SS this weekend, but these things will be done, I guarantee. :) -GM Hendo (22 years ago, 11-Jun-03, to lugnet.gaming)

  Hendo...

Can you update my e-mail on the website to the correct jhk@jhkruer.com ? And can you update the Outer Rim's site to (URL) ? Thanks! -JHK (22 years ago, 8-Jun-03, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: Full Thrust?

I have some pictures of an individual gamemastering Full Thrust at Gencon 02 using Lego ships. The construction was simple but effective and the players seemed to like them james "Don Cox" <the1hugh@yahoo.com> wrote in message (...) (22 years ago, 31-May-03, to lugnet.gaming)

Re: Use of the LEGO(r) name/trademark in game instructions

(...) And it would be used respectfully. (...) I wouldn't even think of it. :) The game has a name (not yet finalized) that suggests the nature of the mechanism, but does not include the company name in any way. (...) This is precisely what I intend (...) (22 years ago, 24-May-03, to lugnet.gaming)

Re: Use of the LEGO(r) name/trademark in game instructions

I think it comes down to how you use the trademark. Using it in the name of the game will not fly (because people could assume the game was a product of TLC). Mentioning in the game rules that TLC makes an excellent set of LEGO sets that can be used (...) (22 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: Renaming Gaming group

(...) Shweet! :) What I think is totally cool, and Todd hasn't even mentioned, is that member web pages got automagically updated too! Brick Battles is still under the .gaming hierarchy, even though that hierarchy has moved. Thanks for saving me (...) (22 years ago, 13-May-03, to lugnet.admin.nntp, lugnet.gaming)
